Salary: Starting from GBP10.00 per hour

We're the UK's largest recruiter and workforce provider, proudly partnering with some of the country's best-loved brands for over 30 years, and we are currently looking for a Service Consultant to join our team in Boston.

With 16 branches nationwide we support thousands of employers and jobseekers with permanent and temporary hires, and as a Service Consultant you will be supporting our clients to fill their volume requirements through the attraction and registration of candidates. This role will require the successful candidate to work any 5 days out of 7, between the hours of 8:00am - 6:00pm on 42.5 hours per week.

The Onsite Recruitment Coordinator Role

Working as part of a fast-paced branch team, focusing on helping candidates find the best jobs you will be involved in:

Sourcing candidates via job board applications, searching and social media. You will be passionate about people and be able to effectively match the right person to the right job.
Supporting with onsite check-ins and dealing, ensuring candidates are booked in for shifts.
Inputting and checking data for weekly payroll ensuring accuracy.
Being responsible for administration processes such as change requests and absences.
Assisting with the on-call phone on a rotational basis
Managing compliance requirements and keeping secure records for audit purposes
Providing a positive customer experience, dealing with any worker/ candidate queries quickly and efficiently
Who are we looking for?

The ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and strong problem-solving skills.
You will have a customer-centric mindset, always putting people first.
You will ideally have experience within the recruitment industry, although this is not essential.
You will be able to build and maintain effective relationships with both clients and customers.
