As a Lead Generation Agent, you will receive a basic starting salary of GBP24K per annum, with the opportunity to earn a monthly bonus.

Responsibilities of our Lead Generation Agent:
- Generate high quality leads to transfer to brokers.
- Exceed Lead Generation target expectations
What are we looking for in our Lead Generation Agent?
- Experience within Health Insurance (not essential)
- You will need a background in telephony to be considered
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to build rapport effectively
- Strong objection handler
- Resilience to repetitiveness and rejection
Hours: Monday to Thursday 9am to 7pm / Fridays 9am to 1pm
