The position:
We are looking for a Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team at Cheddar Woods Resort & Spa in Axbridge, Somerset. Fantastic hourly rate of GBP9.80!
This is a seasonal position to work variable hours. Hours will be across various days which will include weekends and bank holidays.
Flexibility is essential to suit the needs of the business.

Main responsibilities:
The successful Food and Beverage Assistant will
* Become a part of our friendly Front of House team.
* Take and serve food and drink orders.
* Clear and reset tables within the restaurant.
* Accurate and efficient stock rotation.
* Accurate cash handling, using EPOS system.
* Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of the bar and restaurant areas is always maintained to a five star standard.
* Swift collection of glasses and tableware.
Requirements:
Previous experience within a similar environment is preferred. The successful candidate will need to have great customer service and strong communication skills. A driving licence and ability to drive is an advantage to enable an easy commute.
