We are looking for an experienced Inventory Manager for a well-established client in Milton Keynes.
Duties will include
Oversee team of Warehouse Special Projects team of Stock Interrogation Operators and Stock Auditors
Maintaining the warehouse's inventory organisation, layout and design in a way that will ensure maximum space utilisation
Controlling and verifying the inventory levels by conducting regular physical counts
Monitoring and controlling the make up of Kits working with Marketing, Purchasing and Customer Services
Controlling the flow of stock from external warehouses based on demand
Managing the back order stock levels within the business and working with Customer Services to release orders
Organising and managing the stock takes for both machines and spares, and ensuring appropriate investigations prior to any adjustments
Preparing reports and advising management on strategies to reduce cost and improve procedures
Maintain accurate inventory levels that includes detailed information on available stock
It will be working day shifts to start but will go to a rotating shift 6am - 2pm and 2pm - 10pm
Salary is GBP35K - GBP37K
