We are currently recruiting for people passionate, caring individuals to provide quality support for individuals with learning disabilities and/or mental health.
As a Community Outreach Specialist, your role will require you to oversee and assist individuals to help them live independently and happily within their own homes and in various community settings . We have been an established business within the industry for over 13 years and everyone here acts as a team which means everyone gets involved where required. You will even regularly find the founder Joe meeting parents and going out to houses to visit individuals for a social visit.
Any applicant will need to be a driver with their own car and have the ability to work independently.
We live and breathe independence and want our staff to do the same. We are a big believer that we are all one giant team and everyone gets involved.
Every single employee is important to us and everyone has a say, we only ask that you work as a team player in exchange and are flexible enough to adhere to a rota as we do operate on a 7 day week, mostly between the hours of 9am and 7pm in our Outreach team. Consistency and Communication is the key to everything, especially when it comes to supporting individuals with sensory processing difficulties.
Not qualified? No experience? No worries! As long as you are passionate about our services and our company ethos then we will provide you with our outstanding training and have you running the show in no time! In fact, some of the best Support Workers we've known have come from completely unrelated backgrounds and have thrived when working in our environment.
* GBP9.25 per hour
* Bank Holidays are Double Pay
* Time and a Third for working weekend off
