Housing Association looking to appoint an Investment Surveyor for a 3 month contract.
Our client are a Housing Association seeking an Investment Surveyor to join their team. You'll be working on planned investments on their housing stock across the UK with travel and accommodation provided when required to stay away overnight.
Duties to include;
* Prepare and carry out inspections, surveys & technical reports
* Oversee works and ensure they are delivered to a high standard and in line with statutory requirements
* Carry out repairs inspections and diagnose issues
