Night Manager - Modern Spa Hotel in Edinburgh
Location: Edinburgh
Salary: GBP24,000
We are currently looking for a night manager to join the team at a hotel in Edinburgh. Our client is a quirky, design led hotel and they are looking for a versatile and proactive individual to manage the night team to keep everyone safe at night.
KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Checking in late arrivals
- Customer service, dealing with any over bookings / issues
- Maintenance and facilities management
- Health & safety support
- Training & development of the Night Team
EXPERIENCE:
- Self-motivated & a good multitasker
- Strong interpersonal skills & a good team player
- Previous Hotel / Night Management experience
- Customer service focused
