Christ’s College wishes to appoint a Conferencing and Events Coordinator.
Supporting the Conference and Events Manager, the successful candidate will help in developing the conference and events business at the College. The role is to ensure the smooth running and effective delivery of the College’s Conference and Events function through efficient organisation and liaison with internal departments.
The successful candidate will possess good IT and administrative skills, be able to work well on their own initiative and as part of a team, and ideally have some previous experience either in a busy administrative environment or in a customer service based sector. Knowledge of computerised property management systems is desirable, but not essential as training will be given.
This is a full time, permanent post and the salary is based on points 29-38 on the University single pay spine which currently is £23,487-£30,497. Other benefits include 36 days’ holiday pa (inclusive of bank holidays); membership of the College pension scheme and free lunches in College.
