We are looking for an HR Associate Partner who has outstanding customer service skills. Being the visible front line HR support to our Associates and Managers on site, you will be successful by being customer obsessed, showing care and compassion whilst owning queries through to resolution.

Role Responsibilities:

?? Provide Associate support on HR related topics (e.g. follow-up on requests, escalation of issues, problem solving, meeting notes), ensuring an engaging workplace environment
?? Engage with Associates and Managers to continually improve the Associate experience
?? Execute end-to-end employee administration
?? Collect and input data, providing metrics through reports to the HR and Operations leaders
?? Support hiring initiatives including events, on boarding and new hire orientation
?? Participate and coordinate HR investigations
?? Work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment with a proactive approach
?? Provide Associate support on HR related topics (documentation of and follow-up on requests, escalation of issues, problem solving, meeting notes), ensuring an engaging workplace environment
?? Execute employee administration (incl. Time and Attendance) is managed accurately and timely (e.g. vacation planning support)
?? Collect and input data, provide metrics through reports to the HR and Operations leaders
?? Support hiring initiatives including events, onboarding and new hire orientation

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

?? Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
?? Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, Outlook)
?? Fluent command of English

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

??
?? Bachelor degree or equivalent, ideally working towards CIPD qualification
?? Experience with employment law, HR, and Payroll
?? Able to maintain utmost confidentiality and protect sensitive HR information
?? Effective communication skills
?? Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
?? Experience in a similar industry
?? Flexible to work the various shifts at the assigned Fulfilment Centre
?? Analytical skills (able to identify problems and root cause, work with numbers, data, run metrics and pull reports...)
?? Interest in HR field
