Sales Negotiator
EA Recruitment have been instructed by our client, a thriving independent Estate Agency covering the Cheshunt, Enfield and surrounding areas. Specialising in Lettings, Sales and Property Management and established over 15 years by highly professional and experienced Directors who are NAEA qualified.
We are recruiting an experienced Sales Negotiator, with a thorough knowledge of all aspects of the sales process.
As a Sales Negotiator in this role you will have earnings in the region of GBP50k OTE in your first year and the opportunity for a long term career and stability.

Responsibilities:
Sales Negotiator
Register new applicants, identify their needs and discuss suitable properties
Arrange and accompany viewings
Negotiate offers and agree sales
Keepvendors updated on the progress, feedback and marketing of their property
Identify opportunities to generate new business
Work closely with the Directors and the sales team to achieve team objectives
Offer a high level of customer service
Experience/Skills:
1 years + experience in a Sales Negotiator role
Driving licence and own car
Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
The ability to negotiate
Tenacity and be a self-starter
The ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels
Confident communication skills
Package/Benefits:
* GBP15k - GBP18k basic salary per annum plus commission
* GBP50k + on target earnings (uncapped)
* GBP1500 per year car allowance + parking permit supplied
* Working hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm (One day off in leui every other week) / Saturday 9:30am - 5:00pm (One in 4 Saturdays off)
