SF Recruitment are currently working with a client in Coventry who are looking for a temporary HR Administrator/Coordinator.
Pay rate: 11.28 per hour (equivalent of GBP22,000)
Hours: 37.5 per week (will also consider part time hours)
Term: Ongoing
- Produce weekly/monthly/annual reports for team, function and group requirements
- Manage the new hire processes including preparing and issuing employment contracts, coordinating all new hire paperwork, payroll setup, administration of background checks and holding monthly inductions to ensure a positive on-boarding experience
- Respond to reference/visa letter requests
- Support and coordinate the probationary review process
- Support the HR Team with the leaver process
- Issue letters for internal promotions and role changes
- Maintain the employee electronic files system including new starters leavers and changes
- To maintain accurate information in the HRIS system (ADP - iHCM2) for all colleagues
- Support the Payroll & benefits administration for new starters, change of contract, leavers
- Monitor and maintain the Company car fleet to ensure maximum utilisation of assets
- Administer the PerkBox benefits
- Manage the long service award program
- Support the HR team and the line managers with minute taking in employee relations meetings and draft outcome letters
Required
- Experience of working in busy and varied HR services team
- Can set own priorities and be flexible in a changing environment
- Ability to learn quickly
- Attention to detail and works systematically with results and outcome focus
- Resilient and copes well with deadlines
- Able to plan and manage time to meet deadlines
- Higher level of Education and/or Relevant HR Qualification :CIPD Level 3
- Advanced Excel (Pivots & V Look up) and Office 365
