Are you organised, computer literate and can work well as part of a team? JT Recruit have an exciting opportunity for a Transport Administrator to join the team of a well established company In South Normanton on a temporary basis with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 09am - 17.30pm.
Your main roles and responsibilities will include:
* Data entry
* Attaching necessary paperwork to documents
* Completing driver paperwork
* Scanning documents onto the in-house system
* Dealing with any queries as they arise
* Liaising with customers over the phone
* General administration duties
The successful candidate will have the following skills:
* Strong administration and organisational skills
* Positive can-do attitude work
* Computer literate with Knowledge of excel, word and outlook
* Ability to work well under pressure and at a fast pace
* Communicate with clients and colleagues with professional manner
* Great work ethic and the ability to challenge yourself
* Excellent telephone manner
* Previous experience in fast paced administration
