We are recruiting for Administration Clerk for an immediate start with a company in Northampton. You will be working for a company that offers a progression in a permanent contract. In this role you will be providing effective and efficient administration inline with the Company policies and internal control procedures, which will also include a general administrative service, answering telephone queries and dealing with a confidential material. This role is subject of Basic DBS check.
- Temp to Perm position
- Salary GBP20,800
- Mon to Friday role, 9am to 5.30pm
- Interviews will be held ASAP (Via Team call)
- Initial training will be provided (remotely)
- Necessary equipment for the role will be provided
Role:
- Processing weekly and monthly payroll using various packages
- Raising and receiving PO's numbers and maintaining invoice matching control
- With support of the company financial system, raising and receiving PO's and monitoring invoices and their
payments
- Capturing all operational costs for relevant financial period
- Monitoring individual attendance
- General administration and filling tasks
Skills:
- Experience in administration, including personnel and payroll experience
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
Ability to work on own initiative
Good PC skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Attention to detail
- Ability to learn new systems, JD Edward, E-Tips etc
Experience of working within a logistics or 3PL environment welcome but not essential.
