We have a fantastic opportunity for a temporary Administrator to work with a flexible company. This role is fully office based at their site in Ilminster, Somerset but can be either part time or full time.

This Administrator position is working within the business support team where you will be responsible for checking, approving and storing documents. The documents must be checked, matched to orders and then scanned and saved to the system for archiving.

Successful candidates will ideally have previous Administration skills and be used to working in a fast paced environment where accuracy is vital to ensure documents which are stored can be easily retrieved. As an Administrator you will also support the wider business with scanning, photocopying, archiving and filing duties. Someone who is well organised, able to pick up new IT systems quickly and is willing to carry out additional duties as and when needed would be great in this role.

This position would suit anyone who has worked as an: Administrator, Admin assistant, data entry, order inputter, clerk, receptionist, despatch administrator, achiever, processor, administration assistant, warehouse assistant, student, graduate or anyone looking to start a career in administration.

The role is working up to 37 hours per week but there is flexibility around hours as part time hours will be considered.

Rate of pay is GBP10.00 per hour, free parking on site, tea and coffee available on site, canteen area with fridge and microwave.

This role is on a temporary basis initially for up to 4 weeks
