Industria Personnel Services Ltd are advertising on behalf of our Client this is a Permanent role.

About our Client:

Our client has over 150 years of experience in supply chain management and has become a leader in the fashion and lifestyle industry having been active in fashion and textiles logistics for over 150 years.

Area of work- Warehouse

Location- Magna Park Lutterworth

Hours - 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm

Start Date- Immediate start

Main purpose of job

To work closely with the Customer to understand their needs - inclusive of face to face/ telephone conversations and email communication
To identify practical solutions to ensure these needs are met
To liaise with stakeholders (internal and external) to deliver these solutions
To monitor progress of the stock flow by interrogating data provided through multiple systems; identifying issues; providing solutions and working with stakeholders to implement these solutions
To liaise with UK and international carriers for routine and exceptional events or issues
Organising ad hoc collections and deliveries for customers UK and worldwide
To accurately maintain and update the excel spreadsheets that track the flow of stock and cost through the supply chain
To support with the invoicing process
To respond to emails and telephone calls - taking responsibility for ensuring problems are solved and answers provided. This will involve basis problem solving and interrogating data
To ensure the necessary equipment is in place to store and transport goods. This will involve liaising with the warehouse operations team, good in / out department along outside transport solutions as necessary
To promote and create a continuous improvement culture through identifying areas for improvement and positively acting on them
To undertake/ lead ad hoc projects as required.

To ensure that the relationship between the Company and the Customer remains positive at all times
To ensure a safe working environment for all stakeholders
