Night Porter Opportunities (x3)

36 Hours per week

Here at Fresh Property Group, we are now looking for a number of Night Porters to join us at New Kepier Court, our Student Accommodation in Durham.

Joining us as a Night Porter, you’ll be the first point of contact for our students, in our 214 bed accommodation, providing a responsive out of hours service with customer service being at the forefront at all times.

You’ll ensure the reception and management suite is clean and tidy at all times, patrol the property and liaising with other out of hours teams to ensure the property is safe and secure.

About You

We’re looking for an individual who pays attention to detail, highly motivated and holds previous experience within a property / hospitality environment. Result orientated, you will take real pride in your work, with the ability to work to instruction as well as on your own initiative. It is expected that you will have a thorough understanding of Health and Safety legislation.
