Pertemps Derby are looking for an experienced Branch Administrator/Recruitment Support.
This opportunity is to work within our award-winning Derby branch supporting our Team of Experienced Consultants.
As an administrator you will work closely with clients and in branch consultants

Duties of a Branch Administrator include:

  • Administration support within a busy office
  • Sourcing candidates and contacting applicants who apply for jobs
  • Screening applications via the telephone and face to face
  • Conducting telephone pre-screening
  • Arranging registrations
  • Maintaining data including use of excel spreadsheets
  • Writing job adverts
  • Providing client MI/ reports
  • Maintaining data including use of excel spreadsheets
  • Providing client MI/ reports
  • First point of contact for all incoming calls and visitors.
  • Producing registration packs prior to candidates attending branch interviews.
  • Accurate data entry using our in-house systems
  • Data analysis
  • Collecting references
  • Handling queries via telephone, email and face-to-face
  • Assisting consultant with any administration when needed


The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Positive attitude, must be willing to work as part of a team
  • Be Competent in all MS Packages(word , excel and Powerpoint)
  • Be a team player and versatile, you will be dealing with all levels of candidates/clients
  • Have a positive manner with a desire to succeed
  • Have a confident polite phone manner
  • A 'can do' attitude and willing to help in all scenarios
  • Excellent communication skills, including a professional phone manner.
  • Attention to detail, team mentality and a positive attitude.
  • Professional presentation.
  • Work well under tight deadline expectations
  • Ideally have experience in recruitment, resourcing or Administration environment


Working hours Mon - Fri 8.00-17.30 (flexibility is essential for this role to meet the demands of the business)
