We're proud to be recruiting a Client Project Administrator on behalf of a leading client-services consultancy.
The successful applicant will be working within the Strategy, Marketing and Research team providing market-leading consultancy and online attitude and perception surveys to schools in the UK and world-wide.
Duties and responsibilities:
Ensure information and records are processed and stored to agreed procedures.
Prepare and send a range of standard correspondence/documents to clients
Arrange internal/external meetings as briefed
Assist in providing and manipulating basic data for reports (depending on experience).
Receive and respond to day-to-day enquiries from clients and other colleagues to provide a timely, courteous and efficient service.
Ensure confidentiality .
Assist the department leaders with the scheduling of work across the team
Skills and experience required:
Experienced administrator
Ability to communicate confidently and effectively with internal team and clients
Confident with Microsoft software packages, ideally including MSTeams
Comfortable learning to use new software
The ability to write well and with grammatical accuracy
Strong organisational skills including proven ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team, willing to support colleagues as requested
happy to hit the ground running and get stuck in
Hours of work:
Full-time or part-time (5 days per week)
Remote working, office based or a combination of the two.
Salary and benefits:
GBP20,000
