My client is an award-winning software organisation within the legal industry. They have an unrivalled reputation, offer a fantastic working environment, look after their staff extremely well and have a strong benefits package.

They are looking for a professional candidate with some previous customer facing experience and some finance related experience or education, to join their team on a permanent basis. This role sits within the professional services team and involves providing software support to their customers, as well as some elements of assisting with installations and providing training.

Support and Training Associate- Duties:

* Offer customer support on the software product, providing help and assistance to
customers via phone and email promptly & safely within our customer SLA's.

* To promote a helpful and professional image to the customer, supporting customer queries
and enquiries in a caring and helpful way, ensuring that the customer feels they have had a
positive experience.

* To provide telephone and onsite training of the software product.

* To support customers with the installation of Legal Software on their PCs (occasionally on-site).

Support and Training Associate - Requirements:

* Finance related experience / knowledge

* A*-C grades in GCSE for Maths and English

* Strong numeracy skills and the ability to pick up accountancy software

* Strong IT literacy including Microsoft Office

* Strong customer facing skills / experience

* Driving licence and own transport

* In addition, any of the following would be a bonus (although not a requirement!) finance related degree, legal accounts experience, helpdesk experience, accounts knowledge and an understanding of legal practises and case management software.
