I am currently recruiting for an On-line Administrator to work at my client, a leading education establishment.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a relatively new team that focuses on digital learning.

Your role will involve:

  • Supporting the online product launch in regard to the digital learning
  • Add tutors to the live courses within the electronic learning system
  • Enrol students on to the digital platform
  • Monitoring of the teams inbox
  • Handling queries coming in to the team via phone/email
  • Liaise with other parts of the organisation

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have excellent customer service skills
  • Have strong administration experience and skills
  • Be able to use initiative and be self motivated
  • Have accuracy and attention to detail
  • Be able to build rapport with various stakeholders
  • Be confident using MS Word, Excel and outlook as well ad be able to pick up bespoke systems quickly

The hours of work are flexible and can be outside of the usual 9am to 5pm to some degree.

Some flexibility is required to work ours outside of the usual pattern to accommodate speaking to some international students.

This role can mostly be done remotely

An annual salary of GBP20,000 is on offer and this post is to start immediately.
