Position: Restorative Practice Practitioner
Location: HMP Aylesbury
Contract Type: Part Time, Fixed Term
Hours: 15 per week, Monday to Friday (weekend & evening work may be required occasionally)
Salary: GBP8,800 per annum pro rata (FTE GBP22,000 per annum)

About the Role:
As a Restorative Practice Practitioner at HMP Aylesbury, you will work with a small caseload of prisoners embedding restorative practice into relationships.
About You:
To be successful in this role you will have a demonstrable capacity to coordinate a broad service, as well as experience and understanding of working with families in a challenging multi-agency environment, ideally involving offenders and/or their families. You will also have excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a demanding workload. You will have the ability to contribute to the planning and development of Pact's family work and also have knowledge of safeguarding/child protection practice. Furthermore, you will have excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work in build partnerships with a range of agencies.
