Band 4 Senior Mental Health Administrator
Temporary: Expected to last until the end of December 2021 with a possible extension
Location: Oxford, Headington
Pay Rate: GBP11.25 PAYE INC or GBP12.50 Umbrella
Hours: 37.5 Hours per week
Job details:
* Answering the telephone, taking messages and processing enquiries.
* To use Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook as required.
* To assist with reception duties for Out Patients departments when required.
* Managing internal and outgoing post
* Typing of Clinicians letters
* Booking appointments
* Managing diaries / calendars
Qualifications or IT skills required:
* Good MS skills in word, outlook and excel.
* Telephone skills
* Administration skill
Essential skills:
* High levels of emotional resilience
* Accurate attention to detail
* Excellent Keyboard skills
* Excellent telephone and communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Ability to prioritise own work load and work towards deadlines.
* Proven ability to work as a member of a team
* Ability to liaise with all professionals, colleagues and service users in a confident and effective manner
* Good understanding of the General Data Protection Act
* Proven experience of working in an office /educational environment or health care setting
* Flexibility in approach to work and the changing needs of the service/team.
* Willingness to undergo further training
