Temp Workers needed ASAP
Pearson Whiffin Recruitment are currently looking for experienced Customer Service Assistants who would be available for temporary work ASAP.
Due to an increased workload, we are looking to add new available temporary staff to our database to help our clients with general customer service and administration duties across the Mid Kent area.
Roles will vary in responsibility and duties but will cover the following:
Duties:
Liaising with suppliers
Receiving deliveries
Communicating with customers regarding the product
Resolving timetabling issues
General customer serviceTo be considered you will have/be:
A good telephone manner, handling the phones with confidence and professionalism
Basic IT skills including some MS Office applications
Route planning and timetabling experience is preferred but not necessary
Willingness to learn
Good at building relationships confidently and with a friendly tone
Confident with great organisational skills and a 'CAN DO' attitudeThis role would be perfect for someone that has some experience with customer service and admin.
