2 days office and 3 days from home. You will be joining a national charity who fund their own employment programmes (so no contracted targets to achieve).
They are looking for 2 people. The focus is all about supporting the job seeker on their terms. They look after their staff (your manager was previously doing your job only a few years ago and has since been promoted). You will be joining a really supportive team (great team socials). You will also get 27 days holiday (plus bank hols).
This is a 100% online / remote employment support service. Its been really successful, and was around pre-covid. You will work with a caseload of clients over 12 weeks. All the clients self refer onto the programme, but must have a disability (which can be self-diagnosed). Typical day to day tasks include:
* Assisting with CV writing, cover letters and interview preparation.
* Understanding your clients and working together to build SMART action plans as well as breaking down any initial barriers that they may have.
* Provide a personable experience and checking in on their activity but also providing them with useful job boards to get them started.
If you have worked as an employment advisor, employment coach or even a careers advisor, then we would really like too here from you. If you feel you have been in a similar role and it is not mentioned, then please also reach out and apply.
However, if you have applied and not heard anything back or just want some more information, then please call us in the office and ask to speak with James for an informal chat (Number on the Red 5 People Website).
You will work a 35 hour week (Shift basis) Monday- Friday 9-5 and around 2-3 days a month 11am-7pm.
Please note, GBP26,00 is the top end for established employment advisors. The scale starts at GBP24,000 for those not so established
