Lettings Negotiator Office Based

Position: Lettings Consultant

Package: GBP19,000 to GBP22,000 Plus Commission

Location: Manchester

Due to growth and company success, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Negotiator to join a uk wide independent lettings agency on a permanent basis in their central Manchester offices. This role is available immediately and is ideally looking for a candidate with some lettings experience.

As a Lettings Consultant you will be working as part of a fast paced lettings team and you will be responsible for:

• Arranging property viewings
• Negotiating lets
• Listening to potential landlords and tenants requirements and finding the best suited property
• Carrying out administration duties from start to move in
• Liaising with customers to answer any queries they have
• Registering applicants and ensuring all required documentation is obtained

As a Lettings Consultant you will have the following skill set:

• Proven track record in hitting and exceeding targets
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Recent experience working as an Estate Agent or Lettings Agency Negotiator / administration would be highly advantageous
• Monday to Friday 9 to 6 and Sundays by Rota
• Some Homeworking Considered
