We have a post available for a Project Administrator, based at our Chesterfield office. You will join us on a full time, fixed term contract for 3-4 months working Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. In return will receive a competitive salary.

CAN is an energetic, specialist civil engineering contractor, working throughout the UK and abroad.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised individual who looking for a temporary admin position in a fast-paced environment.

Key duties and responsibilities as our Administrator:

- Submit staff time information

- Manage vehicle tracking

- Submission of competency records

- Managing inspection and testing plans & paperwork submissions from site

- Inputting data to electronic systems from site paperwork

- Key point of contact between office administrators and site personnel

- General administrative duties to assist in the smooth running of a busy site

What we're looking for in our Administrator:

- 5 GCSE's A-C grade, including Mathematics and English

- Excellent use of IT packages, including Excel, Word and Outlook

- Good communication skills

- Strong administration skills
