Sales Advisor / Internal Account Manager - Peterborough - 18,000/22,000 plus comms

ALH Recruitment are looking to recruit a Sales Advisor with immediate effect for our client based in Peterborough, who continue to lead their industry.

You'll be joining a lively and driven team, with a very strong work ethic.

This Sales Advisor role provides a great opportunity to learn the business and engage with your customer base, whilst managing Internal Accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage Internal Accounts and customer expectations by providing a fantastic customer service, whilst answering a high volume of inbound calls per day.
• Determine customer requirements and identify the best solution in line with company processes and procedures
• Always looking for opportunities to up sell and ensure the customer is fully aware of all products/services.
