South Manchester - Flexible working between office and home (2-3 days in the office)
Fixed term contract - 15 months
As the Quality & Compliance Manager you will be required to ensure that the company is following ethical and legal requirements. Ensuring all relevant standards, regulations and laws are up to date to minimize financial and legal risk to the business. The Client is a leading provider of software solutions which boost efficiency, raise environmental sustainability and reduce operational costs for their customers worldwide.
Key Skills & Duties
* Responsible for the ongoing development and maintenance of the the ISO9001, ISO20000 and ISO27001 registrations ensuring management systems for registered and non registrered standards are kept fully updated.
* Accountable for internal Quality, Service and Information Security Audits and timely completion of any nonconformities, including coordination of any corrective and preventative actions.
* Accountable for managing the company's Health and Safety responsibilities.
* Responsible for internal Risk Assessment and Safety Audits and monitoring any actions raised.
* Accountable for the company Business Continuity Plan. Managing company's Business Continuity Plan, arranging tests and ensuring quarterly capture of key business continuity information.
* Lead continuous improvement of standards, practices, policies and procedures through stakeholder engagement.
* To proactively identify compliance requirements (within standards, legislation and customer standards) and ensure compliance before commencement date.
* To host external audits ensuring that all auditor needs are met and timely completion of any nonconformities, including coordination of any corrective and preventative actions.
* Updating and maintaining internal Quality, Service and Information Security websites.
