Caretaker - Warrington
Service Care Construction are currently recruiting on behalf of a company based in Warrington who require a caretaker to join their team on a temporary basis. Previous experience within a caretaker role is preferred, however training will be provided.
This is a full time position working 9:30am - 6:30pm with a total of 45 hours per week, however we would consider someone working 40 hours per week if more suitable. The role involves:
To work in a team to provide general maintenance tasks and support tradespeople on site
Provide a professional assistance service to those requesting support
Complete basic tasks associated with DIY around the building
Checking appliances, fittings and general environment are in good working order and all defects reported to Team Leader
General good housekeeping, including litter picking around the grounds if required
Daily health & safety walks around the premises
All other FM duties as required directed by team manager
To lock up/unlock the building
We are looking for a reliable, hard working and trust worthy person to provide support within a fast paced office environment.
