My client, one of the UK's leading firms, with nearly 100 years' experience of successfully representing clients, are looking for a Personal Injury Solicitor to join their team in a supervisory role in Stoke-On-Trent, Staffordshire.

The opportunity

You will be assisting with the supervision of a team of lawyers running Fast-Track EL and PL personal injury claims. You will be given the autonomy to make decisions on cases in order to progress them and will therefore be confident in exercising your judgement and decision-making abilities. The role will also include having responsibility for a small case holding. In return, you will have the opportunity to advance your career by working on a diverse portfolio of cases, which in some instances will include highly-prestigious personal injury cases. You will also receive invaluable training from leading lawyers in the personal injury field, offering unrivalled professional growth and development.


• You will have at least 3 years' experience conducting and managing own caseload of EL/PL personal injury cases

• Experience in supervising including providing coaching and guidance on process

• Law degree or common Professional examination/Graduate Diploma in law or experience of equivalent standing

• You will be self-sufficient and thrive in a busy working environment

• Excellent communication and client care skills, demonstrating an ability to empathise with vulnerable clients is essential

• Empathy with the Labour and trade union movement is desirable
