Estate Agent Sales Progressor

A busy independent Estate Agency are looking to appoint a Sales Progressor to join their successful office in Taunton with earnings of up to GBP25,000 for the right candidate.

The role is focused on delivering exceptional after sales service to clients, maintaining frequent and regular contact with vendors, buyers and all parties involved in transactions with a view to achieving speedy exchange of contracts with minimal stress for their customers.

Experience of progressing a substantial pipeline of sales is important as the role carries autonomy, so working in an estate agency or conveyancing environment is essential.

Candidates must demonstrate a clearly spoken, professional telephone manner as the role requires communication with people on all levels, be solution focused and prepared to engage with third parties to ensure that every sale has the best possible chance of a successful completion. This is a very busy and pressured role so its essential that candidates have excellent organisational skills and are able to take charge of tricky situations and problem solve in a firm but patient manner.

The ideal candidate will come from an Estate Agency or New Homes background and have good knowledge of Sales Progression.

Salary in the region of GBP20,000 basic plus commission so on target earnings around GBP22-25,000 depending on experience.
