The Role

We have a temporary placement opportunity available for a Case Worker at North Manchester General Hospital.

The role will involve working autonomously as the lead investigator on complex and highly complex/multifaceted employee relations cases relating to staff from Estates and Facilities

Duties include:

• Work as lead Case Worker on a range of HR investigation cases inc. Grievance, Dignity and Respect, disciplinaries
• Be confident and able to interact with a range of staff at all grades
• Be able to handle difficult and often emotionally challenging situations
• Be able to produce highly complex reports and precis findings
• Be able to work collaboratively with senior colleagues and Corporate HR
• Be adaptable, proactive, and professional at all times.
• Work confidentially, in accordance with MFT Trust policies
