We are looking for experienced Extrusion Operatives to work for a local client in Dunstable on weekly pay (GBP10.70/PH) with a pay rise after probationary period; initially temporary with the opportunity for permanency.
You will be responsible for executing procedures and policies maximising safety, product quality and productivity. You will have the ability to plan forward, organise workloads and work quickly and efficiently. You will be a problem solver with a mathematical mind-set with the capacity to pay close attention to detail.
You will be able to prioritise, communicate effectively at all levels and be able to carry out machine maintenance, tracking, recording, labelling and use machinery whilst at all times abiding and maintaining a high level of health and safety consciousness as you support the factories extrusion process and team..
Shift pattern is as follows:
40 Hours per week - rotating shifts: 14:00-22:00/22:00-06:00/06:00-14:00
