H9 Human Resources are proud to be partnering with an excellent organisation with a strong reputation who are seeking a HR Services Manager to lead a HR Service Delivery operation of circa 15 people.
This is a 12-13 month FTC during which time the candidate will both manage the HR Services Operation and also lead on significant HR service improvements.
The role is based in Lancaster, but with strong home/agile working options. Candidates will need to visit site 1 day per week, with the remaining week home/agile working.
Job Outline
The post holder will have responsibility for managing the delivery of effective HR Services, including recruitment and Payroll Services, overseeing and managing relevant projects and the HR Service Excellence Team.
The post holder will ensure continuous improvement of People and Organsational Effectiveness processes and Systems-working closely with the HR Systems Manager to deliver on this and ensuring that service levels, standard operating procedures and business processes are in place and adhered to and globally benchmarked.
The post holder will line manage and provide direction to the Recruitment, Payroll, Service Excellence Team Leaders (subject matter experts who operationally manage the Recruitment and Payroll Teams) and a HR Advisor and ensure the delivery of effective and efficient transactional services.
The candidate will further develop capacity and capability to deliver world class HR services that meet service requirements and strategic needs.
This is a 12-13 month FTC, and comes with a salary between GBP50,000 - GBP60,000pa dependant upon experience
