Contract: 15 months; opportunity of permanent contract

Wave is looking for an individual with exceptional communication and project management skills to join our Client Services team as Client Success Manager (CSM). You will work with our clients to ensure successful onboarding of our products and to provide them with the tools and technical support they need to be able to maximise the benefits of our suite of products.

As Client Success Manager you will project manage RecWebs websites from initial consultation through to launch and beyond in the form of ongoing support. You will also help to train new clients to use and utilise WaveTrackR, our multi-poster and analytics tool, and lead support thereafter.

The role combines the need for outstanding product expertise in our technology, to be familiar with recruitment practice, and the desire to continuously exceed robust targets. The support we offer is wide-ranging and includes product demos, creating contracts, project management, handling issues, day to day queries, and client relationship building. To facilitate this, you will have a strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will be a competent multi-tasker with an ability to work to deadlines and will have an interest in marketing and technology, as well as possess a friendly and proactive personality.

The Client Success Manager is consultative and supports clients throughout their journey with Wave, including advising them on buying decisions and onboarding new users after purchase. The Client Success Manager has an in-depth understanding of the client's needs and is responsible for communicating common client behaviours and any issues to the sales and marketing teams as well as the wider product team.
