Installation & Design Sales Account Manager

Home Based -

Company based in Yorkshire no office visits required

GBP20,000 - GBP22,500 plus OTE GBP35,000

One of my well-established, forward thinking, Eco conscious Retail, Installation & Distribution clients has a new opportunity due to growth for an experienced Installation & Design Sales Account Manager.

You will be the main contact for any new enquiries that are received from Customers enquiring directly or thought the website, advising on products, design and pricing based on the customers needs & offering the full service.

You will additionally provide a quotation for the design & full installation of any Kitchen, Bedroom & Bathroom designs - this is a great challenging customer account management role.

The role is homebased, as the distribution centre is location in South Yorkshire. The team you are joining all support each other daily with Fun Teams calls and have a great support and communication network let by the National Installations Sales Manager.

The role requires you to build quality relationships with customers ensuring professional product consultancy, deign & managing the installation process.

You will prepare product and installation quotations based on incoming website enquiries from the customer directly in line with their individual requirements.

Liaise with the internal design teams to accurately priced designs for the customer which may include using video calls and ensuring enquiries are fulfilled, that the customer is happy, and the enquiry is managed throughout to completion. The company provide an amazing bonus incentive for this service you will provide.

Ensuring a smooth handover to the Project Coordinator is essential as they will manage the installation for your customers.


This role is managing client enquires that are received through thew website or directly, key throughout the UK and maximising on business through excellent delivery of customer service and solution account management. A brilliant bonus structure is offered with a competitive starting salary of GBP20,000 - GBP22,500 flexible home working and full product training.
