Kinetic Industrial are looking to recruit a Workshop Labourer for their client based in Bolton. They are a service engineering company that have been established for over 20 years.
The role will commence on a temporary basis for 3 months and has the possibility to become permanent for the right candidate, who will join the company and make a difference
This role will also involve driving to various cities (Birmingham, Leeds, Stevenage and Sunderland) so you MUST have a clean license and due to insurance, you must be over 25 years old.
As the Warehouse / Workshop Labourer you will be:
*Working within a busy repair / Service depot
*Cleaning and preparing electronic site equipment before the product is serviced
*Working within a small team of 3
*1-2 days (shared) weekly driving to collect/deliver equipment from Washington / Birmingham and Stevenage. Vehicle is a pick-up truck.
*Completing various paperwork, excellent verbal and written communication is required
*Completing various small maintains tasks within the workshop environment (Changing plugs, refilling paper towels, general housekeeping and cleaning tasks)
*Cleaning equipment within water and various chemicals, task involves standing on feet for long periods of time.
*Lifting heavy items up to 20 kilos
To be successful as the Warehouse Labourer:
*Must be over 25 for insurance purposes
*Have a clean driving license
*Experience of working within a workshop would be a great advantage
*Able to be on your feet all day, the role includes standing on your feet for full shifts cleaning equipment
*Excellent communication skills, communicating with colleges within a small team environment
*Using initiative
*Experience of working within a workshop would be a great advantage
You will benefit from:
*GBP8.91 per hour
*Monday to Thursday 08:00 - 17:00 Friday is finish at 15:45
*Immediate start
