Your new role - You'll be working as a Sales Ledger Administrator alongside the other members of the team and will be reporting to the Credit Control manager.

The main duties:

* Daily payments allocation to customer accounts,

* Answering customer questions via phone or email, chasing late balances,

* Being the point of contact for customers and company's network through the phone calls and emails;

* Investigation and processing of credit notes/invoice queries,

* Liaising with Sales Team on dispute resolutions,

* Create weekly/monthly data reports on invoices that are overdue,

* Being a support to company's Credit Control Manager,

* To carry out additional ad-hoc duties.

Key skills required:

?? Computer literate with strength in MS Office products, especially Excel, including pivot tables and look-ups.

?? Ability to work within a high-volume transaction team and working to deadlines.

?? An analytical mind with a meticulous eye for detail.

?? Excellent numeracy skills.

* Good organisational skills, including the ability to time manage and prioritise effectively.

* Experience of using a Finance IT system, such as SAP, preferable, not essential.

Experience:

* Experience of working in a Finance/Sales Ledger/Credit Control department required.

* Full training will be provided.
