We have an exciting opportunity for a desktop Support Engineer to join a blue chip organisation in Trowbridge on an initial 3 month contract.
This role is onsite, and inside IR35. Umbrella contractors only
Key Skills
1. Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related disciplines
2. Basic Knowledge in email, PC, and LAN/WAN, networking equipment and End user support
3. Experience with Service Now and general ITIL support model
4. Good command in English & local language
5. Self-motivated, quick learner, and strong sense of responsibility
6. Effective team player and excellent interpersonal skills
7. Minimum 3 years' IT support or related experience
