The Nursery Manager is responsible for ensuring that the nursery provides the highest quality standards of childcare and education within a safe, caring environment that enables the emotional, social and educational development of children. The postholder is responsible for ensuring that the nursery is financially viable while offering early years provision that is responsive to customer demands.

The Nursery Manager is responsible for overseeing the day to day running of the College Nursery; providing line management to the Deputy Manager, Room Leaders, and SENCOs, and leading, motivating and monitoring all nursery practitioners to ensure the safety, wellbeing and development of all children.

In addition to your salary, you can expect an annual leave entitlement of 29 days for this role, plus Bank Holidays and additional College closure days over the festive period.
