The role:
- Drive insight, analysis and decision-making using data from digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
- Use your analysis skills to discover issues and opportunities for digital user experience improvements
- Work collaboratively within the wider Experience team of designers and developers to deliver solutions
- Provide consultancy on strategies to reduce customer friction and improve funnel conversion rates, revenue and other KPIs and metrics for businesses
- Analyse experiments to determine the impact of the experience on user behaviour
