Senior Systems Engineer required for a global market leading security Services Company. This is a great opportunity to spearhead new product introductions for a renowned and highly successful business who offer great career advancement.
The Senior Systems Test Engineer role would be suited to a candidate preferably from an engineering background with a strong software testing experience of electronic products but will also need experience working with Web Applications, APIs, SQL databases / servers and Embedded firmware developed using C and C#. The right candidate will be able to lead when required, write test plans and compile test completion documents.
The role will focus on the taking responsibility for software testing of security products and systems for the largest manufacturer in the UK. The role will include tasks such as designing tests, executing tests, raising defects and producing test results and test completion records as well as reviewing new business projects / requirements and providing feedback and support.
You will look at web applications and test the hardware integration where required. This type of role will be involved throughout the product life cycle so you will be working with various stakeholders (internal and external) on various projects at same time.
