Interested in a freelance Site Manager role in Inverness?
We are currently looking for a freelance Site Manager who is available for an immediate start on a project in Inverness-shire.
The role is a 6 week contract which is nearing completion. The project itself is a council housing job which is a mixture of flats, houses and bungalows that requires management and oversight of the finishings. The client would also consider an experienced Site Supervisor.
You would predominately be out on the park overseeing sub-contractors and there isn't a great deal of paperwork required.
Hours will be 8am - 5:30pm Mon - Thurs, 3:30pm finish on Friday and Saturdays as required.
Essential site qualifications - SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS & First Aid.
There is unfortunately no option for the client to pay accommodation for this position, so someone local to this job is preferred.
The Site Manager/Supervisor needs to have construction experience and previous history of working on similar types of projects.
