Accommodation Manager - GBP26,000 per annum - Bath - Temporary to Permanent contract

Red Recruitment are excited to be partnering with an excellent client in Bath who manage accommodation properties across the UK, and provide excellent service to the tenants who live there. Due to ongoing expansion, they are now looking for an Accommodation Manager to join them on a full time, temporary to permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for the year on year running of the building, ensuring it is a great place to live.

Accommodation Manager responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing a building let plan for the academic year
• Managing all health and safety issues, ensuring issues are investigated and risks are managed
• Manage recruitment and training for any new starters
• Maintain and update competitor analysis
• Managing the annual budget and ensuring costs are obtained and expenditure forecast for the year
• Responding to customer and client enquiries in a prompt and professional manner
• Preparing management information reports for presentation to senior management

Accommodation Manager skills:

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
• Strong IT skills including Excel and Word
• Ability to adapt style of communication to suit the customer
