We are currently recruiting for Factory Operatives for a prestigious manufacturer based in the Medway Towns.
This position will start as temporary but may lead to a permanent role if you are successful.
You must be self motivated, a good communicator and physically fit to work in this fast paced environment and you should be well organised as you will be operating and minding the machines and associated equipment. Training will be given however previous experience working within a manufacturing/factory environment is advantageous.
The successful candidate will be trained on a day shift for approximately a week and then moved to a continental shift pattern - this will be a combination of days and nights over a seven day rota, 12 hour shifts, 4 shifts on and 4 days off.
The company offers excellent terms and conditions as associated with a leading company in its field.
