Complex Needs Support Workers
Urgently Required
Salary: GBP20-25,000 per annum
Location: Bristol
Length of contract: Temporary and permanent roles available
DK Recruitment are partnering with a leading mental health charity in Bristol who are undergoing a massive recruitment drive.
They are looking to take on an experienced Support Worker for a number of interim and permanent contracts.
Supporting a range of needs including domestic abuse, complex mental health, the homeless and addiction, you will be required to carry out detailed risk assessments and support plans.
You will ensure clients have access to all relevant services including GPs, social services, the housing register and the Police if required. The successful candidate will also be providing money and budgetry advice as well as supporting through eductation and career option.
It is essential that you have experience dealing with those with complex needs, have access to your own vehile and have a DBS issued in the last 12 months.
