Our well established client based in Lincoln is currently seeking a Housing Repair Administrator to join their team as soon as possible to assist with a back log of work.

The role is temporary for approximately 2-3 months however, this could be extended depending upon workload.

Working hours will be 8am-4pm Monday to Friday with a pay rate of GBP9.32 per hour.

We are looking for an experienced office administrator who can come in and hit the ground running to support our client with their backlog of work.

Daily duties will include:-

Handling case loads
Sorting through 3000 back log enquiries
Booking repairs/jobs for council houses around Lincolnshire
Making calls
Booking appointments
Data entryIn order to be considered for the role you must have previous office administration experience, have strong IT skills, have a confident telephone manner and able to start work as soon as possible and commit to a minimum 6 week temporary assignment.
