HR & Volunteering Manager
£26,928 - £31,683 (Dependant on Experience)
Full and Part time hours considered (min of 30, up to a maximum of 37.5hrs per week)
Location: Southport, Merseyside
The role is responsible for providing professional human resources advice, guidance and support to all, particularly in the application of HR policies and procedures and includes responsibility for leading on key HR projects to ensure the delivery of the HR and Volunteering strategy. The role also involves line management and leadership of the Volunteering Team to ensure delivery of an effective service that nurtures our volunteer workforce, ensuring a meaningful and enjoyable volunteering experience.
The post holder will be CIPD qualified with previous experience in a human resources advisory role which includes some line management or mentoring experience. Additional experience of delivering HR Projects will be advantageous. Exceptional communication skills are essential with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels inclusive of volunteers, employees, management and at director level.
