Account Manager

Elevation Recruitment Group are working closely with our client based in Sheffield to recruit an Account Manager. This is a great role for someone looking to progress and grow with an established company.

The ideal candidate will be very customer focused and have experience in a similar account management or customer engagement role including the effective management of multiple accounts and all related queries.

Role Responsibilities:

* Managing Customer/Merchant Accounts for the company
* Monitoring multiple email inboxes
* Dealing with all customer queries including complaints and their resolution
* Taking inbound calls from customers
* Entering orders and dealing with returns or replacements
* Dealing with any invoice queries in a timely manner
* Manage all customer pricing and products
* Processing of bespoke orders including initial quotes generation
* Processing any claims
* Working alongside any 3rd party logistics company re deliveries and returns
* Any other general administration including data entry

Requirements:

* Experience within a customer service or account management role
* Excellent communication skills
* Highly developed written and oral communication skills
* Efficient Word Processing and Audio Typing skills
* Must have administrative experience at a Senior Level
