IRS Recruitment are currently looking for a reliable customer service assistant to support our operations department. To assist in the delivery of compelling recruitment solutions for our clients and candidates on a day-to-day basis thereby ensuring that all commitments are delivered accurately and on-time.
Rate / salary expectation required upon applying.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
This interesting and varied role will include the following duties:
* Resourcing: Contacting candidates to establish their suitability/availability for our vacancies
* Updating candidate records
* Preparing CVs with the IRS branding to be sent to clients
* Assisting with the onboarding of selected candidates
* Preparing and following up candidate and client contractual documentation
* Compliance: Requesting, following up and recording compliance documentation/information, for example, eligibility to work in the UK and references
* Gathering and recording market intelligence
* Answering the telephone and transferring calls to other team members where required.
Administration:
* Accurate and timely database input
* Administration of all relevant and essential candidate and client paperwork
* Collating all paperwork as required by the Payroll department in a timely manner
The customer service assistant will:
* Have an excellent friendly and engaging telephone manner and act professionally at all times
* Be computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Word and data-base input
* Be able to work well under pressure and multi-task when needed
* Be enthusiastic and have the drive to succeed
* Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Be organised and a good administrator
* Be confident both on the telephone and face-to-face
Personal Attributes and Values:
* Excellent customer services skills
* Tenacious and proactive
* Determined with a "can do" and "will do" approach; prepared to go "the extra mile"
* Energetic
* Resilient, self-motivated and an ability to work under pressure
